Join Lara Pacheco of Seed and Thistle Apothecary and Rewild Portland for a day to connect to the seasonal transitions of Autumn. We'll connect and learn from the Hawthorn tree while we gather berries to make medicine and also make some Elderberry syrup to take home. Lunch will be provided.
